Access and personal links

Choose the correct organization and assign project roles before sharing production information. Recipient call-sheet links carry access: send them only to their intended recipients. A crew member's access can differ from a producer's; contact your organization owner if an expected scene or action is missing.

Shared devices and offline work

Private on-set snapshots belong to the signed-in user and active organization and are usable for up to 12 hours. They are stored on the device. Keep an already-loaded view open during a connection loss; a full protected-page reload needs the network. Offline access cannot check a server-side revocation until connectivity returns.

In the user menu, Clear saved on-set data removes saved call sheets, scripts and queued actions after confirmation. Sign-out and organization changes also clear those private copies. Unsynced actions are lost when cleared; check sync status first. Clearing device data does not erase server production records.

If saving fails, the action is not acknowledged as saved. Keep your form input and resolve device-storage restrictions. If synchronization pauses, use the queue's review/retry controls. A lost response may follow a successful server write, so retry the saved action rather than creating a replacement take.

External services and retained production records

The deployment's operator configures storage, email/messaging, billing and any AI providers. Confirm that operator's service and data-handling arrangements before uploading confidential material. An AI-assisted action may send the submitted text/context to its configured provider; a provider's training or retention policy is not established by this help page. Weather requests send location coordinates, the target date and timezone to the configured forecast service.

Export formats depend on the deployment's enabled entitlements. Archiving a project retains its records; it is not a deletion request. Obtain the operator's published retention, deletion, export and support terms before a commercial production. This page explains product behavior and does not replace those terms.
